AI Methods, S.L. is now officially a spin-off of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M). This significant milestone marks a new chapter in our journey to revolutionize the aviation industry with cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions.
UC3M has recently expanded its portfolio by acquiring minority stakes in five newly established companies, driven by innovative researchers from various faculties. These companies include Applied Innovative Methods, Hiili, Persei Space, Seevia Technologies, and 60Nd.
AI Methods, spearheaded by the UC3M researchers Manuel Soler and Javier García-Heras, from the Aerospace Engineering Department, is dedicated to mitigating weather-related risks in aviation.
With this new addition, UC3M now supports a total of 11 spin-offs, which are supported by the programme for the creation of and shareholding in spin-offs, located in the University's Science Park's Centre for Innovation in Entrepreneurship and Artificial Intelligence (C3N-IA, in its Spanish acronym). Other supported companies include Cyclomed Technologies, Evidence Based Behavior, Inrobics Social Robotics, Laboratorio Hipermedia, LeapWave Technologies, and Power Smart Control. Read more about them here.
We are immensely grateful for the backing of the prestigious UC3M as we strive to push the boundaries of innovation in aviation meteorology. This support not only validates our efforts but also propels us towards achieving new heights in our field.
