We are thrilled to announce the launch of the KAIROS project. A SESAR-funded initiative that the company AI METHODS has the privilege to lead as project coordinator.
The kick-off meeting took place on June 20 in Madrid. The event marked the commencement of this Industrial Research project but also laid the foundation for a collaborative effort that will shape the future of weather forecasting.
The KAIROS project represents a cutting-edge venture that harnesses the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to revolutionize the timely and accurate dissemination of weather information. By pooling together the collective expertise of 16 consortium members, including meteorological agencies, aviation service providers, airports, and research institutions, KAIROS aims to chart new frontiers in weather forecasting.
