AI Methods Showcases Startup Innovation at UC3M AI Event

Last Friday, AI Methods took part in the III Jornadas de Aplicaciones de la Inteligencia Artificial, hosted at the Puerta de Toledo Campus of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M). This annual conference brought together academia —students and professors from the UC3M Máster en Inteligencia Artificial Aplicada—, industry leaders, and innovators to explore how artificial intelligence is transforming real-world applications across sectors.

Our team had the opportunity to present how AI Methods is using AI to address some of the most pressing meteorological challenges in the aviation industry. Aniel Jardines shared our journey as a UC3M spin-off and highlighted how our AI solutions are helping to create a safer, more resilient airspace.

The event provided an enriching platform for exchange, both for the master students and for professionals across the tech landscape. We were especially inspired by the insights shared by representatives from global players such as Google, Telefónica, and Kyndryl.
